The 1200-1600 ton ultra-high strength steel hot forming press used by major domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises such as BYD, Lingyun, and Great Wall is mainly used for the hot forming of ultra-high strength structural components in automobiles. It is mainly used for the production of collision beams, bumpers, door rings, reinforcement plates, and load-bearing plates, achieving the "lightweighting" of automotive components. These hydraulic presses are basically all equipped with a two way cartridge valve integrated system matched by Taifeng Intelligence, which successfully solves the high-speed and stable operation of the hot forming hydraulic press slider. The fast descent speed and return speed of the hydraulic press slider reach 1000mm/s, the pressing speed reaches 400mm/s, and the fastest single cycle time reaches 4 seconds.
